Netlink Solutions (India) Ltd Q3 FY26 – ₹0.49 Cr PAT, 476x P/E, Zero Debt & a Business Model That Can’t Decide What It Wants to Be

1. At a Glance – Blink and You’ll Miss the Actual Business

Netlink Solutions (India) Ltd is one of those rare BSE-listed microcaps that looks like a tech company on paper, a treasury fund in reality, and an exhibition organiser in its past life. With a market capitalisation of ₹47.6 crore, a current price of ₹188, and a Stock P/E of 476, this company has successfully achieved what most startups dream of: making profits without selling anything meaningful.

Sales for the latest quarter are a microscopic ₹0.01 crore, while PAT for the same quarter magically jumps to ₹0.49 crore, up 164% QoQ. ROCE stands at a respectable 20.4%, ROE at 15.9%, and debt is exactly ₹0—because why borrow when your income mostly comes from “Other Income”?

Over the last three months, the stock is up 15.6%, and over three years, it has delivered a 59% return, which is hilarious when you realise revenue growth over three years is –20%. This is not a company; this is a philosophical question wrapped in a balance sheet. Curious already? You should be.

2. Introduction – A 1984 Vintage Company With an Identity Crisis

Founded in 1984, Netlink Solutions has survived DOS computers, dial-up internet, dotcom bubbles, and now—its own business model. Officially, it is a software and print media company. Practically, it behaves like a treasury operation that occasionally remembers it owns a website development division.

The company dabbles in website design, SEO, server space, domain booking, and also organises exhibitions. Yes, exhibitions. Think coding on Monday, trade fairs on Tuesday, equity investments on Wednesday, and dividend income on Thursday.

In FY24, Netlink amended its Memorandum of Association, expanding its objectives into retail, wholesale trade, e-commerce, and investments across almost every industry known to mankind. This is corporate language for: “We don’t know what will work, so let’s legally allow everything.”

And just when you think exhibitions are the core, the company exits that business too. If confusion were a moat, Netlink would be a fortress. Does this flexibility make it smart—or just indecisive? Keep reading.

3. Business Model – WTF Do They Even Do?

Netlink Solutions operates across four verticals:

  1. Website & IT Services – low revenue, low visibility, almost decorative
  2. Information Media (Exhibitions) – historically important, now discontinued
  3. Exhibition Management – exiting stage left
  4. Treasury (Investments) – the real breadwinner
