Praesum Healthcare Services, LLC, a healthcare company that appears to operate a network of addiction treatment facilities, detoxification centers, and counseling services, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the Southern District of Florida.
The company manages multiple addiction recovery facilities across several states, including locations branded as Sunrise Detox, Evolve Recovery Center, Beacon Point Recovery Center, and The Counseling Center.

Praseum Healthcare Services listed estimated assets between $50-100 million and liabilities between $10-50 million. The company has between 200-999 creditors, with City National Bank of Florida being the largest unsecured creditor with a claim of approximately $20.57 million.
The company and 27 affiliated entities all filed for bankruptcy protection on the same day, indicating a coordinated restructuring effort across the entire enterprise.
These Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings will allow the company to continue operations while it reorganizes its financial obligations.
