EduInvesting Exam Desk sells access to practice question banks and mock tests for NISM certification examinations (Series V-A, V-B, VIII, X-A and XV), and places on live tuition covering the NISM Series XV syllabus.
What this is, and what it isn’t
Exam Desk is exam preparation. It does not provide investment advice, research reports, stock recommendations, price targets or any view on buying, selling or holding any security. We are not SEBI-registered investment advisers or research analysts. Nothing purchased here is a securities service.
We do not guarantee that you will pass any examination. Certification outcomes depend on NISM, not on us.
Refunds — question banks and mock tests
Access is digital and granted immediately on payment.
- Before you first open the question bank: full refund on request within [7] days of purchase. Email us and we will process it.
- After you first open the question bank: no refund, as the material has been delivered in full.
- Billing errors: if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or a payment was taken without access being granted, we refund it. That is a correction, not a refund request, and we will always fix it.
Processing
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within [7-10] working days. We will confirm by email when the refund is initiated.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nagpur city.
