SBC Exports Ltd Q3 FY26 – ₹104 Cr Sales, 206% Profit Spike… Textile Company or Multiverse Startup?

1. At a Glance – The “Sab Kuchh Milega” Company

If Indian companies were Bollywood characters, SBC Exports Ltd would be that overconfident side hero who says, “Main sab kar lunga” — and surprisingly… sometimes actually does.

This is a company that started with carpets in Mirzapur and now casually juggles garments, IT services, manpower supply, government contracts, and even travel bookings. Basically, if you ask them for socks, software, staff, or a Singapore trip — they’ll say, “haan ho jayega.”

And then suddenly…

👉 Q3 FY26 results drop:

  • Revenue: ₹104 Cr
  • PAT: ₹11.2 Cr
  • Profit growth: +206% YoY
  • EBITDA growth: +548%

Excuse me?? Textile company or crypto bull run?

Meanwhile, the stock trades at a P/E of 49, Debt-to-equity of 2.82, and promoter pledge of 29.7%

So now the real question:

👉 Is this a hidden multi-bagger in disguise…
👉 Or a “thoda sab kuchh, lekin clarity zero” type business?

Let’s investigate like a slightly suspicious auditor who drinks too much chai.

2. Introduction – From Carpets to Chaos

SBC began its journey in 2011 as a humble trader of handmade carpets in Mirzapur.

Simple business. Clear story. Respectable.

Then management woke up one day and said:

“Why not do EVERYTHING?”

And thus began the diversification saga:

  • Garments manufacturing
  • IT services (yes, really)
  • Government manpower contracts
  • Travel business via subsidiary (Mauji Trip Ltd)

This is not diversification. This is career confusion.

But here’s the twist…

👉 Revenue mix (FY24):

  • Garments: 57%
  • IT Services: 34%
  • Travel: 9%

👉 Sale split:

  • Goods: 43%
  • Services: 57%

So technically… this is more service company than textile company.

Let that sink in.

And now ask yourself:

👉 Are you investing in a garment exporter?
👉 Or a government outsourcing + IT + travel hybrid?

Even the company itself might be confused.

3. Business Model – WTF Do They Even Do?

Let’s simplify this “khichdi” business model:

🧵 1. Garments Business

  • 4 manufacturing units (Mirzapur + Ghaziabad)
  • Capacity: ~10+ lakh pieces/month
  • 120+ SKUs
  • Export focus (Dubai orders raining lately)

Basically: Innerwear, casual wear, export garments.

💻 2. IT & Manpower Services

  • Government contracts (DRDO, NIC, Ministries)
  • Services include:
    • Staffing
    • E-governance
    • Digitization

This is the cash flow backbone, not garments.

✈️ 3. Travel Business (Mauji Trip Ltd)

  • Ticketing, packages, MICE bookings
  • Corporate + retail customers

Yes, because obviously textile companies should also book your honeymoon.

🛒 Distribution

  • 400+ distributors
  • 25,000+ retail touchpoints
  • Own e-commerce site

🌍 Exports

  • UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait

Now pause and think:

👉 Does diversification reduce risk…
