Hampton Sky Realty Ltd Q3 FY26: ₹ -0.66 Cr Revenue, ₹ -2.11 Cr Loss, 639 Debtor Days & 2,514-Day Cash Cycle — Is This Realty or Reality Show?

1. At a Glance – When Sales Go Negative, You Know It’s Spicy

At ₹11.8 per share and a market cap of ₹324 crore, Hampton Sky Realty Ltd is currently performing a financial magic trick — making revenue disappear. Q3 FY26 sales came in at ₹ -0.66 crore (yes, negative), with a quarterly net loss of ₹ -2.11 crore. Return over 3 months? Down 18.6%. One-year return? Down 55.3%.

ROCE stands at 6.07%, ROE at 3.84%, debt at ₹63 crore, and interest coverage is a breathtaking -5.12. Price-to-book is 2.35, even though book value is ₹5.03. And the stock trades at 22.8 times sales — sales that are barely alive.

Latest EPS (Q3 FY26) is ₹ -0.08. As per quarterly annualisation rules (Q3 → average of Q1, Q2, Q3 × 4), average EPS of Jun, Sep, Dec 2025 is (-0.08 + -0.20 + -0.08)/3 = -0.12. Annualised EPS ≈ ₹ -0.48.

So technically, we’re valuing a loss-making, negative-sales quarter real estate company at ₹324 crore.

Curious yet? Good. Let’s open the curtains.

2. Introduction – From Ritesh to Hampton, Same Drama, New Name

On August 9, 2023, the company changed its name from Ritesh Properties and Industries Limited to Hampton Sky Realty Limited. Because clearly, if the numbers don’t improve, the name must.

Headquartered in Ludhiana, Hampton operates across:

  • Real estate
  • Textiles
  • Trading in shares & derivatives
  • Export of mobile phones to the Middle East

Real estate + fashion + derivatives + mobile exports. That’s not diversification. That’s financial multitasking on caffeine.

In FY23, revenue breakup was:

  • Real Estate ~60%
  • Shares ~40%

So almost half the business depends on stock market trading. Are we investing in a developer or a part-time trader?

Meanwhile, working capital days have ballooned to 1,628 days. Debtor days? 639. Cash conversion cycle? 2,514 days.

That’s not a business cycle. That’s a geological era.

Still here? Excellent. Let’s see what they actually build.
