TAC Infosec H1 FY26: ₹30.36 Cr Revenue, ₹15.57 Cr PAT, 63% EBITDA Margin — Nasdaq Dreams or Cybersecurity Machine?

1. At a Glance – This Is Not Your Typical IT Stock

₹874 crore market cap.
Current price ₹416.
Stock down 36% in 3 months and 18% in one year.

And yet…

Revenue (H1 FY26): ₹30.36 crore
PAT (H1 FY26): ₹15.57 crore
EBITDA margin: 63.4%
ROE: 41.3%
ROCE: 43.7%
Debt: ₹0.52 crore (basically chai money)

This is not TCS. This is not Infosys. This is a product-led cybersecurity SME stock claiming to be the fifth largest vulnerability management company in the world. Yes, you read that correctly.

It is trading at a P/E of 44.7 while the industry median is 23.3.

The market is confused.
The numbers look aggressive.
Margins look illegal (they aren’t).

So what exactly is going on here?

Let’s investigate.

2. Introduction – The Cyber Kid Who Wants to Go Global

TAC Infosec was incorporated in 2016. In less than a decade, it has:

  • Listed on NSE SME (April 2024)
  • Raised ₹2,999.38 lakh via IPO
  • Acquired US and UAE subsidiaries
  • Filed confidential F-1 with US SEC for Cyberscope
  • Added ~8,000 clients since April 2024
  • Launched new compliance product Socify
  • Announced USD 100 million AI investment plan till 2030

And management says H1 FY26 was “amazing.”

When management starts using words like “amazing,” analysts usually reach for aspirin. But here’s the twist — the financials actually back up some of that confidence.

This is not a body-shopping IT services company.
Management repeatedly insists:

“We are 100% product company… not a services company.”

That’s important.

Because product businesses scale differently.
They also crash differently.

So which side is TAC on?

Let’s break it down.

3. Business Model – WTF Do They Even Do?

Imagine your company’s IT system is full of holes.

Hackers can sneak in. Data can leak. Regulators can fine you.

TAC sells a software platform called ESOF – Enterprise Security in One Framework.

It includes:

  • ESOF AppSec
  • ESOF VMP
  • ESOF VACA
  • ESOF PCI ASV
  • ESOF CRQ
