2. Introduction – From Diamond Trader to Capital Markets Darling
Starlineps Enterprises was incorporated in 2011 and operates in the wholesale trading of diamonds, jewellery, bullion, gold, silver and precious stones. It runs a B2B model based out of Surat — India’s diamond polishing capital.
Simple business. Buy diamonds. Sell diamonds. Repeat.
But somewhere between 2023 and 2026, this company seems to have discovered a new business vertical — capital raising, rights issues, preferential allotments, MOUs, lending money, and altering object clauses.
In October 2025, it allotted over 10.37 crore rights shares at ₹2 each. In January 2026, it approved issuance of up to 7 crore shares and 48 crore warrants at ₹6 each.
It also altered its Memorandum of Association to add chemicals manufacturing, renewable energy, biomass, thermal, wind, and power businesses.
