The Dachepalli story starts in the early 1900s with a humble bookstall. Fast forward to 1998 — incorporation. Fast forward again to 2025 — SME IPO listing.

That’s not evolution. That’s generational ambition.

They are a pure-play K–12 publisher catering to CBSE, ICSE and State Boards. 616 titles. Pre-primary to Class 10. South India stronghold.

9M FY26 Revenue: ₹55.54 Cr
9M FY26 PAT: ₹10.05 Cr

Wait. 9 months profit already higher than full FY25 profit?

Interesting.

But Q3 profit dropped sharply. That means seasonality is strong. Education publishing is typically Q1 heavy (school reopening cycle).
