Methodhub Software IPO (Dec 2025) – IT Consulting’s Next Big Cloud? ₹136 Cr Revenue, ₹11.5 Cr Profit, and a Listing Buzz Hotter Than Your GPU!

1. At a Glance

Bangalore-based Methodhub Software Ltd. is stepping into the IPO spotlight with a mix of code, consulting, and caffeine-fueled ambition. This ₹87.5 crore book-built issue isn’t just about raising capital – it’s about telling the market, “Hey, we’re not just another tech outsourcing shop.”

In FY25, the company clocked ₹136 crore in revenue and ₹11.5 crore in PAT, up an impressive 136% and 113% YoY, respectively. The numbers scream scalability, but the real test will be whether this digital transformation player can transform its own balance sheet post-listing.

The IPO opens December 5, 2025, closes December 9, and lists on BSE SME by December 12 – just in time for investors to test if the stock will act like ChatGPT on caffeine or like your office Wi-Fi on Mondays.

Promoters Ahobilam Nagasundaram and Jayakumar Ammasaikutty hold 35.29% pre-issue, and while the exact price band isn’t declared, the 8 lakh-share OFS hints that insiders are happy to let a few bytes go. With ROE at 42.57% and ROCE at 25.71%, it’s definitely not your average code factory.

2. Introduction

There’s something about tech IPOs that excites the Indian market – maybe it’s the dream of finding the next TCS in a SME wrapper, or maybe it’s the FOMO of missing the next Happiest Minds. Enter Methodhub Software, founded in 2016, built on the promise of digital transformation. Sounds fancy, right? Basically, they help other companies do better at what they were already doing — only now with dashboards and cloud storage.

Methodhub operates in the BFSI, energy, healthcare, telecom, and IT consulting sectors. Think of them as the Swiss army knife of tech services: a bit of cloud here, a dash of AI there, and a solid serving of cybersecurity sprinkled with recruitment delivery services (because someone’s gotta hire all those coders!).

In the financial year ending March 2025, Methodhub showed it’s not just selling PowerPoint slides — it’s generating solid profits. From ₹57.6 crore revenue in FY24 to ₹136 crore in FY25, that’s a leap any SaaS founder would envy. The PAT doubled to ₹11.5 crore, which makes you wonder — do they sell productivity to clients or secretly drink it themselves?

If the IPO buzz is to be believed, Methodhub could be the software consulting phoenix rising from India’s startup ashes — or at least, a very disciplined service provider in a world full of overvalued unicorns.

3. Business Model – WTF Do They Even Do?

Methodhub Software Ltd. isn’t selling apps, it’s selling solutions. In startup English, that means “We fix problems you didn’t know you had — for a fee.”

Their core verticals read like a dream client list: Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), Oil & Gas, Energy, Healthcare, Telecom, Automotive, and IT Consulting. Essentially, if your business can crash because of a server error, Methodhub wants to be your best friend.

Their service bouquet includes:

  • Data and AI Services – Helping companies interpret what their data actually means, instead of just making dashboards that no one opens.
  • IT Infrastructure – Ensuring corporate tech setups don’t implode every Monday.
  • Cloud Services – Making your files someone else’s problem, safely stored on a server in another time zone.
  • Recruitment Delivery Services – Because finding developers who don’t “ghost” after one sprint is an art form.
  • Cybersecurity – Keeping hackers away so clients can sleep at night.

As of October 31, 2025, Methodhub serves 29 clients with 294 employees and consultants. It’s not Infosys yet, but definitely more serious than a garage startup.

And unlike companies that rely on one big client (and panic when that client sneezes), Methodhub’s diversified client base spreads the risk. Their leadership team comes with experience across global IT, which helps sell the “we’ve seen worse” vibe to enterprise clients.
