Kewal Kiran Clothing Ltd (Q2 FY26) – ₹354 Cr Revenue, ₹71 Cr EBITDA, Denim Deity of Daman Gets a Wardrobe Upgrade

The gods of denim have spoken — and they still prefer a desi fit.
At ₹540 per share (Market Cap ₹3,329 Cr), Kewal Kiran Clothing Ltd (KKCL), the house behind Killer, Integriti and LawmanPg3, clocked Q2 FY26 revenue ₹354 Cr, EBITDA ₹71 Cr (20 %), and PAT ₹43 Cr. The quarter was stitched neatly with 29 new EBOs, taking the total to 534 stores, plus a thousand memes about “Killer looks”.

Stock P/E ≈ 27× and ROE 15 % — not exactly “discount jeans”, but the fashion premium is real. Debt-equity 0.18× keeps the balance sheet leaner than a size-28 Killer slim-fit. Over five years, revenue has tip-toed up ~10 % CAGR and profits ~9 %, while the brand portfolio aged like fine denim — faded but expensive.

So, can a ₹3,000 crore apparel veteran built in Daman still make youth drool in 2025’s streetwear era? Let’s rip the tags off this balance sheet.


2. Introduction

Once upon a time in the 90s, when Indian men believed stone-wash jeans were personality traits, four Jain brothers built Kewal Kiran Clothing Ltd. From a tiny Mumbai factory, they started stitching dreams — literally — under the brand Killer.

Fast-forward to FY26: KKCL has seven brands, a women’s line, a kids’ line, and a men’s wardrobe so deep even Shoppers Stop takes notes. They’ve survived global fast-fashion, GST chaos, and COVID sweatpants. How? By being consistently Indian — make it loud, make it denim, make it last.

The firm now exports to the Middle East and CIS countries (where apparently Killer jeans help you survive both winter and wedding seasons). In a ₹2 lakh crore domestic apparel market dominated by Raymond, Page Industries, and Zara’s Instagram ads, KKCL still holds its own desi swagger.


3. Business Model – WTF Do They Even Do?

KKCL designs, manufactures, and retails denim and casualwear for men, women and kids — basically everybody who can pose in front of a mirror.

  • Manufacturing: 4 plants (Mumbai, Vapi, Daman) covering 2.87 lakh sq ft. Everything is in-house — design, washing, finishing, packing. Think of it as a vertically integrated tailor with a LinkedIn page.
  • Brands: Killer (Premium), Integriti (Mid-Market), LawmanPg3 (Party Wear), Easies (Mass Premium), Kraus & Desibelle (Women), Junior Killer (Kids). The lineup covers the entire income bracket — from college kid to midlife crisis.
  • Revenue mix H1 FY25: Jeans 57 %, Shirts 19 %, Trousers 8 %, T-shirts 5 %, Others 11 %. Still a denim mafia.
  • Distribution: 534 EBOs (377 Killer, 116 K-Lounge), 3,000 MBOs, and partnerships with Reliance Retail, Max, Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop. E-commerce via Amazon and Flipkart contributes ~15 %.
  • Channel mix: Retail 53 %, Non-retail 47 %.

KKCL recently incorporated Kewal Kiran Lifestyle Ltd, a WOS focusing on women’s wear and accessories. Because apparently, India has finally realized half its population wears clothes too.
